- use of any materials on the Web site,
- entry, use, or reuse of the Casino Server,
- participation in the Game, or,
- the acceptance of any prize.
- The Player shall periodically review these Terms and Conditions posted on this Web site at a rate not less than once monthly.
- The Player shall not participate in the Games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the Web site, or the Casino, nor accept any prize if Player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and shall abide by, without exception, all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time.
- Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, share or lose his account number and/or password Gold Mobile Casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
- Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Gold Mobile Casino will not report wagering information on behalf of any member.

Each Player is fully responsible for paying all monies owed to the Company. In respect of any payment made by a player, the player agree to not make any charge-backs, and/or deny or reverse any such payment and/or refund such payment and will reimburse the Company for any charge-backs, denial or reversal of payments he made and any loss suffered by the Company as a consequence. The Company may, at its sole discretion, cease to provide the service or payment to certain players or to players paying with certain credit cards.

We reserve the right to run credit checks on a user, with third party credit agencies, on the basis of the information provided to us on registration.

We reserve the right to use third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions to process payments made by and to you in connection with your use of the Service. To the extent that they do not conflict with the terms of this Agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions.

In the case of suspected or fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment), we reserve the right to block a user's account, reverse any pay-out made and recover any winnings. We shall be entitled to inform any relevant authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud or otherwise unlawful activity, and may employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall the Company liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, irrespective of whether or not the credit cards were reported stolen.

All payments into your casino account must be from a single payment source, such as a credit card, debit card or charge card, on which you are the named account holder.
- If a Player applies for a real money account, the Player authorizes Gold Mobile Casino and its subsidiaries to investigate the creditworthiness and validity of the accounts transactions and details, and monitor the account on a regular basis for any irregularities; as a consequence of the abovementioned factors the player gives Gold Mobile Casino the right to audit the account as is deemed necessary by Gold Mobile Casino, including changing the account information and auditing the accounts financial transactions.
- A player, family or household address may have only one active account at Gold Mobile Casino with one physical address and a valid e-mail address. The casino reserves the right to impose further limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where computers are shared (e.g. university campuses, internet cafe's). Winnings will only be paid to players, family or household address, having ONE account with valid e-mail address and physical address at Gold Mobile Casino. If a player, family or household address has more than one account, all winnings will be cleared from all accounts of the player, family or household, unless an alternative arrangement between the player and Gold Mobile Casino has been entered into or agreed upon.
